Registration fees

Early registration* fee will be applicable before and on 15th April 2016, after this date normal registration fee applies. After 11th June 2016 on site registration fee applies.

Workshop registration fee includes:
- workshop welcome reception
- workshop attendence
- electronic copy of the proceedings
- tea-coffee breaks and a light lunch

Conference registration fee includes:
- conference attendence
- electronic copy of the proceedings
- tea-coffee breaks and a light lunch

Banquet dinner
- an informal social dinner in the hearth of Budapest (Thursday night, 16th June, 2016)

(*) Registration and payment should be made till 15th April.

(**) The reduced fee applies to participants currently employed or enrolled at institutions of the following countries based on the GDP: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine. 

Students and faculties from the neighbouring countries may apply for a travel and accomodation grant to the Visegrad Fund (http://visegradfund.org) and Balassi Institute (http://www.balassiintezet.hu/en/)  

(***) This fee applies to graduate students and PhD students, who pay individually.

To register, please fill a form given on the workshop’s website. After filling the form, you will receive an e-mail with a secure link to complete the payment with credit card or bank transfer. 

Bank transfer fee for conference/workshop payment is to be covered by sender.
